DIC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to join our team as a Financial Controller. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company and providing strategic financial guidance to support the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management
- Manage the preparation and presentation of financial reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute financial strategies
- Supervise and mentor a team of financial professionals
- Working closely with the Cheif of Staff to implement new accounting and financial system
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in a financial management role
- CPA or MBA is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software systems
