We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our chemical formulation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the formulation process, as well as testing and analyzing products to ensure they meet quality standards. A strong understanding of chemistry and laboratory procedures is required, and prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the formulation and testing of chemical products
• Analyze and record results to ensure that products meet quality standards
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all experiments and processes
• Help troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Chemistry or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of laboratory procedures and equipment
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to follow precise instructions
• Good problem-solving skills
