DIC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a B2B Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for our chemical distribution company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential new customers in the industrial manufacturing industry
• Reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media to introduce our company and services
• Set up meetings and appointments with potential clients to discuss their needs and how DIC can meet them
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead-generation strategies
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential clients using our CRM system
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Attend industry events and trade shows as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in the chemical trading industry
• Excellent English and Thai communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
