This is far from an ordinary role as DIC is seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our special CEO unit as a Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy for our chemical products, including identifying new product opportunities, managing the product life cycle, and overseeing product marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with company CEO to research and identify new product opportunities based on market trends and customer needs
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap and launch plan for new and existing products
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute product marketing plans
- Oversee the product life cycle, including pricing, promotion, and distribution
- Analyze market and competitive data to inform product decisions and drive product growth
- Manage budgets and allocate resources for product development and marketing efforts
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management or sales, preferably in the chemical industry
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
